Crystal Blaker

Director of Training

Crystal Blaker, a Tucson native, has been passionate about animals since childhood and has worked at dog boarding, daycare and veterinary facilities since adolescence. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from the University of Arizona. Her post-college employment includes 4-years with the Humane Society of Southern Arizona most recently serving as their Animal Enrichment and Behavior Coordinator and time as a volunteer/apprentice zookeeper at Tucson’s Reid Park Zoo. In addition to her animal-behavior assessment abilities and years of dog-training experience, she continues to sharpen her skills through formal education and applied activities such as dog sports and therapy work.
